Privacy Policy
Protecting your data matters to us. This policy explains what personal data we process on this website, and why.

2. Hosting (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.,
101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes
technically necessary access data (including IP address, date/time, requested resource, referrer,
browser/device information) to deliver the site and protect it against attacks (DDoS, bots).
Technically necessary cookies may be set for this (e.g. __cf_bm). The legal basis is
our legitimate interest in a secure, stable service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This may involve a
transfer to the USA, safeguarded by a data processing agreement and the EU Standard Contractual
Clauses.
3. Server log files
The access data above is processed to operate and secure the website and is not merged with other data sources. No further analysis or profiling takes place.
4. Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the message and email address you enter in order to respond to your request. Delivery is handled by our own service at Scaleway SAS (8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France; servers located in the EU/France) — a serverless function plus transactional email. To prevent abuse/spam, only a salted hash of your IP address is stored and automatically deleted after 24 hours; the IP address itself is not stored in plain text. The legal basis is the handling of your request or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in spam protection (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The message is processed only for delivery and kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use no analytics, tracking or marketing cookies and embed no third-party trackers. Only technically necessary cookies for operational security (see section 2) are used.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Any consent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, contact contact@lprod.de.
7. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority includes the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
